Do You Know Sanskrit ? 

Know Your Treasure House

Part 1

Fact 1: Sanskrit is not a language as any other language Hindi, English, French. But it is a treasure house of complete knowledge base that existed centuries ago in Bharat. 

Fact 2:  In Sanskrit the Sentence can be written in any structure, there is no need to structure as in case of English say  Subject + Verb + Object 

Eg;  I am playing with Ball. 

If you change the structure - ' Ball I am, playing with' ,  Playing with Ball Am I ? '   the complete meaning is changed or destroyed. 

But in Sanskrit this doesnot happen, see how

Eg: अहं कंदुकेन क्रीडामि | 

       कंदुकेन अहं क्रीडामि |

      अहं क्रीडामि कंदुकेन  |

See in all cases the meaning is same here in case of Sanskrit. 

This is the reason why Sanskrit is identified to be the most suitable language for Information Exchange from Space, because due to various factors, information transferred from spaceships to earth centers in English or other language changes their structure and hence original message is lost. But in case of Sanskrit even if words are coming hey-where a sanskrit knowing person can arrange the complete sentence as it was sent. 

Eg: Original Message sent from Spaceship:  "We are safe here in Space, please send us some information about climatic conditions at earth centre."

Message received at Earth Centre:  'Please send some safe information climatic conditions centre earth we are here in space about us '

Not able to understand what was sent by Spaceship.  

Let us see in Sanskrit how correctly it works. 

Eg: वयं अत्र अन्तरिक्षे कुशलं , कृपया भूमि केन्द्रस्य मौसम स्तिथि प्रेषयतु | 

Eg: कृपया भूमि केन्द्रस्य कुशलं , मौसम अन्तरिक्षे स्तिथि प्रेषयतु , वयं अत्र | 

From various Vibhakati and connecting words we can easily decipher the correct message in case of sanskrit.  

Modern Use of Fact 2:  NASA, is using this technique for Space Message Transfer.

Hindi Bhasha, Bharat ki Bhasha

अपनी मातृ भाषा हिंदी को प्रणाम 

" ठंढ की शुरूआत में सोचा, कुछ लिख दू ,

अपनी ही भाषा हिंदी में, दिल की बात लिख दू ,

अपने ही लोगो से तिरिस्कृत, हिंदी के जस्बात लिख दू ,

क्यों न , मैं ही अपनी मातृभाषा में लिखने की शुरुआत कर दू ।

कुछ पल सोचा तो पाया,

हर तरफ आज भी है फैला ,

सौतेली भाषा का ही मायाजाल ,

चाहे पत्र हो ,या हो वार्तालाप,

या हो बैंक का हिसाब - किताब ,

या हो न क्यों , पीपीटी ,टवीट, ईमेल

हमने तो

घर घर में पाया इंग्लैंड का ही राज, अंग्रेजी का ही साम्राज्य ,

अपने ही लोगो ने किया है यह काम ,

कर दिया सरेआम नीलाम, अपना ही मान, अपना ही सम्मान । 

हिंदी के विषय में सोचा एक बात और लिख दू ,

मन की बात पूरी तो कह दू,

  हम सबने 

'हिंदी है राष्ट्र की बिंदी' , सुना था ,

'हिंदी है हम वतन है', भी पढ़ा था,

पर फिर भी आज कैसे, 

लिखते, बोलते, संवाद करते,

या फिर अपने ही हस्ताक्षर करते,

भूल जाते है, हम है हिंदुस्तानी

और हिंदी हमारी मातृ -भाषा । 

उम्मीद है बस इतनी, और इतनी सी  है आशा ,

कि पढ़ने वाला हर शक्श, लिख दे ,कह दे ,

बता दे सब को, हिंदी है मेरी भाषा , मेरी मातृ भाषा । 

ठंढ की शुरूआत में सोचा, कुछ लिख दू ,

अपनी ही भाषा हिंदी में, दिल की बात लिख दू ,"

अचानक दस्तख़त करते हुए याद आया की , है तो हम हिंदुस्तानी पर आज आजादी के 68 साल बाद भी हमारी पहचान दस्तख़त उर्फ़ सिगनेचर वही गुलामी की भाषा अंग्रेजी में है ।

         आज हिंगलिश के जमाने में व्हाट्सएप्प, gtalk पर औरों का वार्तालाप देखने का अवसर मिला तो पाया, हम चाहे टाइप इंग्लिश में करते है पर भाषा हमारी हिंदी ही रहती है, पर  फिर भी बोलचाल की भाषा अभी तक अंग्रेजी ही बनी हुई है मानो "बच्चा अपनी माँ को छोड़ , दूसरी महिला को कह रहा हो 'माँ दूध पिला दो '। इस परिस्थिति का एक कारण हमारे मनोविज्ञान से है, कि हम हिंदी में बात करने, लिखने, बोलने वाले को हीनदृष्टि से देखते हैं, और अपनी ही बात, अपने ही लोगो से कहने के लिए विदेशी जुबान अंग्रेजी का सहारा लेते है , इस प्रयास में ना तो हम जो  कहना चाहते है, वह कह पाते है और ना ही आत्मविश्वास से बात कर पाते है , फलस्वरूप ना हम घर के रहते है, ना ही घाट के ।

                   बचपन से ही मुझे अपनी मातृभाषा हिंदी से विशेष लगाव और  प्रेम रहा है, कारण कुछ इसे भी समझा जा सकता है की बचपन से ही , घर परिवार में बोल चाल की भाषा हमेशा हिंदी या मारवाड़ी रही और यदि हम अंग्रेजी में किट पिट करते तो अम्मा  (ग्रैंड मदर) रसोई  ही चिल्लाते हुए कहते , "ये आया छे लाट साहब अंग्रेज म्हारे घर में, अबार आऊ हु "  और हम फिर से अपनी पसंदीदा भाषा हिंदी में बात करने लगते जो की हमारी अम्मा समझ सकती थी । बाबा (ग्रैंड फादर ) एक लेखक और हिंदी के ज्ञाता थे, हिंदी साहित्य, काव्य, गद्य, पद्य और  विभिन्न रचनाओ को पढ़ने समझने का अवसर हमे उनके साथ मिला । अपनी बात को सरलता से कैसे हम अपनी भाषा में कैसे व्यक्त करे इस बात में उनका विशेष ध्यान रहता था । और यह मेरे हिंदी प्रेम का मुख्य कारण भी बना । 

अनुरोध है सबसे ,अपनी भाषा ,पहचान को ना खोए , सब कुछ है पाया जा सकता , पर खोया मान ,सम्मान ना वापस है आता ।

 

Achiever's Workshop - A way to realise your true potential.

Winning, success, achieving revolves around us all our life. Each one of us have impending desire to be 'The Best' as described by the people,society & environment around us. In this rat race of being 'The Best', we miss out ourselves, our true-self which might be desiring to be something else, in an effort to prove our-self 'The Best' as per somebody else view point.
                 To connect Individuals to themselves we began designing our workshops covering sessions on Knowing Thyself. These workshops were designed with Activity Approach to let individuals find some time to delve deeper into their own self and discover their hidden traits. Modules such as listening, communication, interaction and expert talk were conducted with learning activities to let students participate naturally in the workshop. The sessions focussed on role plays and less of Gyan or lectures, which resulted in students finding more time to connect with themselves and experience the concepts on a more practical level and see the difference. Achiever's Workshops are designed for everyone such as schools, teachers, students, college students, working professionals, corporates, startups etc, as we all need to explore our own-self

Experience at Manipal University - Jaipur:
                   I was invited to conduct a day long workshop for the college students who were in their final year of Bachelor of science (B.Sc). We started with our ground work for the content designing for the workshop as per the requirement. Student profiles with their family, education background, interest areas, hobbies and achievements were carefully studied.
                    We started with the workshop on time sharp 9.30 AM, with around 6 students, the first activity made student explore their qualities, they were given 20 min to write as many qualities as they believe they have, without thinking what others will think of  them. Students were cautious, nervous in the beginning, they wanted to write they were happy, intelligent, lovable, innovative ...... but somehow thoughts were not flowing. We worked with each student to connect them with their best self and after 20 min, most of the students had Positive 20 + qualities listed in their notebooks and their face had that vibrant smile which we miss seeing these days.
                            In the meantime more students arrived and we formed batches of students. The Workshop with our Module 1 of the workshop with learning activity began and then we discussed activity results. It was followed by session on Listening, its types, exercises and techniques, and after completion of Module 1, students reported their listening abilities have increased from 10 % to 60% after the Module 1 of the workshop. What a change !!  

One of the student shared his feedback saying " If I can increase my concentration in just 1 hour, then If I increase my listening power- then what can I do ?" 

In the next session Module 2 we worked with students on various aspects of Communication and how to overcome communication fears and barriers. Various activities, speeches, games kept the students engaged during the entire session. Students reported their confidence had increased by 50-60% after this Module 2.

A young lady shared her feedback saying " I felt someone has come into my dream and suddenly changed my point of view about what exactly communication is ..... I am very confident now"

We had lunch break around 1.30 PM with a promise to be back by 2.00 PM. To our surprise, all the students were in the conference room before 2.00 PM and ready for the next Big Module................. Knowing Thyself.
             Students began with Knowing Thyself exercises and went into a dreamy world, where they saw what they had not seen, imagined or experienced in their past 20 years, they were expressing, writing, sharing themselves like never before. They had moved away from their fears and insecurities. They got chance to interact with Successful Entrepreneurs in this session, share, network and collaborate. Team interacted and worked with each participant individually to help them connect with themselves. This session proved an eye opener for each one of them and some of them even had tears in their eyes, a sense of gratitude, happiness and a gesture of 'Thank You for connecting me to my ownself - The Best Self '

A participant shared " It was amazing. I have learnt lot of things over here. How to formulate new ideas into words without any negative. This workshop works a lot. How to shape my dream into reality"

The Workshop concluded with a Story and a message for students to carry with them all along. A Group Photo and Group Video marked successful completion of the workshop.
